• Brokerage commission is typically charged to the buyer and/or seller as agreed upon and disclosed in a signed agency agreement.
• There are no hidden charges. Any applicable fees will be communicated to you in writing before you are under any obligation.
• Browsing our website and submitting inquiries is completely free of charge and does not create any financial obligation.
• Dubai Land Department transfer fees and any government charges are separate from Da Realty's commission and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
